Nicky Buckley (born 25 November 1965) is an Australian television presenter and model. She is best known for co-hosting Perfect Match and Dancing With The Stars.

The 58-year-old co-hosted the game show Sale of the Century in the mid-’90s. She is among Australia’s most familiar female faces on screen. She has built a successful television career for over two decades as a presenter of many programs.

Nicky Buckley was born Nicole Maree Louise Buckley on 25 November 1965 in Australia. She was the second born of her parents and has four brothers and a sister. Her father was an accountant. She loved economics and accounting.

Television presenter Nicky Buckley studied economics, accounting, and politics at a university. She deferred her studies to pursue her modeling interest and never returned to complete it.

Nicky started to model before joining the broadcast industry. She co-hosted the dating show Perfect Match on Channel 10. She landed a modeling gig as a regular model on Sale of the Century on Channel 9 before becoming the show’s co-host.

The television presenter hosted Hot Box Office and The Entertainment Guide on The Movie Network (Optus and Austar). She was the resident beauty editor for New Idea and a presenter of the lifestyle program The Cover on Foxtel.

Nicky was the presenter behind Good Morning Australia (family and parenting segment) on Channel 10. She also hosted a parenting segment of the morning program The Today Show on Channel 9.

Television presenter Nicky lost her mother, Joan, to ovarian cancer. She has continued raising awareness of the insidious disease ever since.
